Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro in Antec2400 Case

Hi all, hope someone's maybe come across the same build as I will be attempting around Christmas time...

I want to use the fantastic arctic cooling freezer 7 pro in (what i think is quite a decent looking and quality case) Antec 2400.
The Antec 2400 takes a uATX mobo and is quite unique in it's cooling system

    Full review here

here is a diagram i knocked up in paint to show how the airflow system works

the blue arrows show there are 2 of 120mm exhaust fans, no intake fans, but with so many intake vents, i have been assured the airflow is more than adequate.
the red box is the location of the vent on the lid of the case (obviously once it is put on) and this is supposed to bring air over a PCI-E card (a x1950xt i hope!).
the green box would be the location of the cpu (TBC but probably a duo6300).

so once i get to installing an arctic cooling freezer 7 pro, does it matter which way round i fit it? do i even have a choice on lga775 board of which way round to fit the arctic?

if u compare the arctic diagram to the antec diagram it would seem there would be some kind of air flow collision... am i correct in thinking this? obviously it will make a big difference whether the intake of the arctic cooling is facing the exhaust or towards the lid vent (red box)...

Any help/ideas/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

looks like it will be fine to me, air comes in the vent, into the AC fan, across the CPU H/S and then out the case fans... you can rotate the Arctic Cooler so it faces the right way.

(or am I missing the point here?)

One slight problem, the cooler is too tall for the case. I know through trial and error!

The case is great, but the zalman is a little loud. The freezer is waaay too tall. I have grabbed one of the AC low profile ones and it works great. It is an arctic cooling alpine 64. Quiet and cool. It is sat on an A64 tho.

Supersan, have you checked out the forums on Silentpcreview to see what coolers people are using with the NSK 2400?

Not saying the Alpine isn't up to the job - I recently used the predecessor of the Alpine on a Athlon 64 build and it was nice and quiet.
