Question about Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2180

Hi, I decided to buy from YoYo Intel Pentium Dual-Core E2180 , YOYO Code : 54429. I wanted to ask if there is some cooling device added to CPU or I need to order some additionaly. If I need to buy Cooling device separately Id like to know what type and model would be good for this CPU but not too much expensive ;-). The question maybe is a little stupid but its the first time when I buy separate CPU and I didnt find any information about that.

Ive question about Asus 19" VW193S monitor too, YOYO Code : 11836. For now this monitor isnt available (sold out). The question is if it will be available later and if... when :-) .

If its a Intel duel-core Retail then it will have a stock heatsink and fan.
