    Returns issue

    Ok, I'm a very patient and even tempered guy but I do have my limits...

    As I mentioned on my other thread I now have to return my Intel Viper because of a faulty motherboard. I rang YoYoTech's customer services and they told me that they would ring me back with a collection arrangement, this was Saturday, no one rang... Sunday no one rang (closed perhaps?)... Monday no one rang so I rang at about 10am only to be told that the collection had been arranged for that day which is all well and good but I had no idea and I have a busy working life so I re-arranged saying that Tuesday (today) would be the best day as there would be someone in my house and they said they would ring me back, no one did. I sent an email during the day. No reply and no one came, so I rang again only to be told that there was no point trying to find anything out as city links office would be closed.

    90% of the time there is noone in my house so its important that I know what the collection arrangements are.

    I'm starting to get a bit frustrated with this so my question is, do I have to keep ringing your people up to remind them?!

    I've been very pleased with the service up until now, please don't taint my image of your company further. Lets get this sorted out please. I'd like someone to call or email me tomorrow about this and let me know exactly what the arrangements are. The order number was 9793, you should already have my details I've given them to customer services no less than 3 times.

    Thanks Kul,

    I have spoken to Courtney just now and we've arranged something. I expect you get so many calls that sometimes theres not enough time in the day to get back to everyone people especially when considering that yoyotech is a relatively small operation.

    not to worry I will still be recommending yoyotech to my friends. I'll probably buy another 2Gb of Ram for the Viper from you once I've replenished my coffers.

    One more thing, I take it I will be informed when I will be getting the system back? That would be great, I'm not allowed to roll my leave over into next year so I might take a day off to receive it.

    PC is running like a dream althought I reverted to XP I don't think I'm quite ready for vista yet. Running every game in maximum detail seemlessly, also been working from home on it lately having dozens of apps running at once and it takes it all in its stride (unlilke my work station that grinds to a halt on a word document larger than 2mb)

    I'll get around to doing some bench marks sooner or later, is there somewhere people post them on here? perhaps I should start an intel viper bench mark thread?
