I'm posting here because I'm finding it difficult to get in touch with someone and the admins seem quite active on this page.
I placed an order for several bits (order number 10710) and most were fine apart from the moutherboard, a micro atx fatal1ty.
I've just ordered a new one so I can get this PC up and running but need the old one RMA'ing. The fault is definite, the box came without the CPU pin protector in place and there are 2 pins bent on the CPU socket. I've tried the processor in another PC just to rule out a faulty processor and it works fine.
Can you advise what process I should follow to return this? I've have a copy of the RMA form, is it simply a case of completing and returning?
Also, the sales number on the top bar of your web page isn't working, and no-one seems to pick up the 08700 number sent to me in my order confirmation email. Not a problem, I guess your busy your products aer of great value just want to get to the bottom of it and let you know the crack.
Your response would be appreciated! I wanna get my media centre pc up by the weekend and not pay for 2 boards!!
Thanks.
