I placed an order at around 13:00 this afternoon and I received a confirmation email, within that email I noticed this:I have not received a payment confirmation email and have tried to call you a couple times but the phone just rings.Thank you for placing an order. Your order has been saved in our database. Please wait for another email for payment confirmation. If you dont receive that email in next 10 mins, please give us call at 08700 27 11 26.
Do I need to keep trying or can someone help me sort it out on the forums?
I've not used YOYOtech before so I am not sure if this is something that normally happens, or if there is a problem with my order.
