Is it faulty

For the past couple of days, iv wake up to my computer not responing, when i reset it i get 1 long beep and 3 short beeps, looked for the beep error code and it comes up as Video card error,
so my question is, is my video card faulty? and if yes will yoyo help me out, i brought the card on the 28.1.08

Take the card out, re-seat it & re-connect the power lead & check the fan is working (if it has one). If it's still giving you the error try it in a different machine (if you can). Just to make sure before you RMA it. Maybe swap it with another card if you have one.
