So continuing from my previous thread several months ago I have determined that the RAM supplied with the computer is faulty. At the moment I'm using cheapex borrowed RAM from a friend and, while running slowly due to the old RAM, with no more problems.
What do I do to return the faulty RAM to yoyotech and get a refund or replacement? Am I right in thinking that orders@yoyotech.com is the email address to send a message to?
