i placed an order on the 4th of jan, and since then i've had two blank emails with the subject.. YOYOtec Special Products, the email says "no content", and they're from a hotmail address

Sorry about that. We were probably just very busy. Over the next week or so we will be monitoring how this forum works, the kind of requests we get and how they are dealt with by my team.
