    Dissapointing Service!!!

Why wont you reply to any emails!! Im so mad that you ask us to put together deals so we can get a deal price but then not reply - judging by the stick you get on hexus, I cant see how you could possibly be busy enough not to reply it doesnt make sense. Please just reply to all emails regarding deals, as I have sent the 3rd copy of that particular email for the last time.

Should'nt have to - If your company adds a sticky to Hexus, claiming they will try to sort out a deal and all you have to do is email them youre request, then they should reply. At the very least if they cant do it - just a simple email to let you know they were unable to do it will be fine. I did not set them any challange by adding a price I would like them to reach, or ask for any item yoyo doesnt stock, I just simply asked them to price a job. How hard is that when youve had a week to work on it and 3-4 reminder emails. As youre the only satisfied customer who has had any luck with them raver, my only question is whats your secret? All the other customers that are satisfied with yoyo dont seem to mind paying that bit extra which is fair enough for the service they recive. All i would like is a price - and to pop down there pick it up and not pay a charege for doing so.

My secret is that i either phone up or go to the store myself. I've never ever encountered a company that responds to an email quickly, and most of them take at least a week. It's because of this i never bother emailing companies, phoning up gets you an immeidate answer

Worth bearing in mind the time of year as well

I used to work for a (pretty big) system manufacturer (long time ago - galaxy far, far away - cue music) and our sales could peak as high as 9,500 units a month in January - falling to 3,500 in June

The basic 'good sales season' psychology is that :-
Bad Weather (stay@home and play on PC)
    +
    Xmas

    +
Bargain Hunters in the New Year Sales
    =
Amazing sales + Lots more service/support calls

But, heading for the middle of the year:-
People saving up for their summer holidays
    +
Mating season (shorter skirts & bulging pockets)
    +
Post Xmas Credit Card bills hitting home
    =
Worrying times for a company's finances, but VERY FAST customer service response

So customers buying in the summer months will (almost) always find faster service response...

...but do you really want to wait 6 months for your shiny, shiny new components...

    ...thought not !

But you know that will probably change - right ?

Putting your head above the parapet is a positive move, because it means you are not afraid to be seen...

...but it also means that you will (should!) attract more business...

..so I would expect the phone lines to get a bit longer in the near future

THAT is when we will see just how good/bad these YYT guys really are - if/when their business starts to grow
