Recommended case and motherboard for building small form factor pc

    Hi,

with the spare parts i have i'll be building a small for factor pc for when i'm travelling to and from my properties; and if successful i'll possibly add small form factors to the pc types i build and sell.

So i was wondering what case do people and staff at YYT recommend? And also motherboard too that will support DDR (not DDR2) and intel pentium 3.2ghz cpu.

My budget is as cheap as possible for the motherboard, and with the case as cheap as possible but i want it to look nice and be ideal for carrying on the train (or in a suitcase).

And please don't say just buy a laptop, i dont do laptops

when i was getting my new media center guts the other week, i saw this:
    http://www.yoyotech.co.uk/product_in...9bf812eb6d4077

i had to fight the temptation to stroke it, and not for the first time in my life at a totenham court road establishment after dark.

If i didn't have a case at my parents i'd of gone for it. Don't know what its like too build thou.

Silverstone make incredibly high quality cases, the majority of the time
from what i've read, this ones no exception, i was considering buying one, but decided to go for an aspire xqpack and tear it to shreds. Then, i was considering buying one again, but decided on the lian-li v880 from the wonderful Clunk

I'd recommend that you go down there 'off peak' - when the guys have some time - and go through the options in person !

Much easier to see if a cooling solution etc will work when you have it in your hands

e.g. Sugo chassis with cooling fans = limited choices which are best 'seen in person'

if ur budget is tight, and you want something that you can carry on the train etc.

Get some ABS plastic case, ebay i'd hope would let you get a decent size one for £30. Then mod the matx motherboard in
