GPU purchased query

I purchased a load of components from yoyotech for a new build yesterday including an asus en7950gt. However it did not come bundled with TC ghost recon, which i thought it did from the reviews.
I was wondering if i could exchange it for the palit 7950gt (yoyocode -60930) instead and get refunded the difference?
