Many of our customer are reporting receiving contradictory notification e-mails informing of their order being despatched but further e-mails confirming the order has been delayed due to stock issues.
We are aware of this issue, which will be resolved shortly and this issue should not cause your order to be delayed.
I can confirm that if you have received the Stage 4/4 - Order despatched e-mail you can ignore any contradictory e-mails you receive and you can still track the progress of delivery as normal via the DPD web site using their tracking reference.
If you have any queries relating to your order dispatch or have not received the Stage 4 e-mail the day before your delivery is scheduled. Please raise a thread in the After Sales section including your Invoice Number.
