Order Delayed but no notification??

I made an order yesterday at 11.30 which had the estimated delivery day of today.

When making the order I didn't fill in the nat west card security pin, but the order went onto your system fine. So I rang up to give the payment details only to be told it was all fine. Nat west had authorised the payment anyway! Makes you wonder what the point of the security system is if Nat west ignore it.

Anyway, I got stage 1 and 2 emails, but not the 3 or 4 ones. I never got a delayed order notification either.

If someone could look into it that would be most helpful.

Please PM me your invoice number so I can check this for you.

We have already made changes to the system so the VBV (Online Payment System) cannot be bi-passed to protect our customer's and ourselves.

No sooner had I pm'd you the order number that I recieved a stage 3 email. I don't know whether it was something you did, if so thanks very much.

I'm still not sure why I didn't get an order delayed email.
