whats the best software to use to put new themes onto XP? StyleXP was pretty good, but its only 30day free trial

Seems to have disappeared from winamp site, bizarrely. Also: it's a classic skin, so the library still looks like default classic skin (which is why audiereblue is going to have to be replaced, sadly).
