With a lot of work. Its all done with samurize and a lot of plugins for it which are on the samurize website. Its been months since I made it so im not clear on specifics right now. If you want me to to find out what plugins I used I will and will post links to them. Needless to say there are loads of plugins used and a good couple of days work to tweak it to look just the way I wanted it.

what programs do people use to change the themes on xp, i.e. changing the colour of the toolbars etc
