whats a pom version of the Bay Reservoir

It's just the material that the res is manufactured in; thermoplastic polymer polyoxymethylene (abbreviated POM), also called polyacetal

I'll ask Phil to confirm the location of the res, but usually are in a 5.25" bay or three.

Well... I am the new proud and happy owner of the White Tiger. It arrived this week.

Ok, some feedback:

1. Pre-sales Service

Have to say this was absolutely excellent. I work in a Sales environment and have done so for 20 plus years. Your Pre-sales service is 5 star all the way. Any queries or concerns were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Special mention for Paul Moss who has looked after me all the way through. Look after him, he is an asset to your company.

2. 3XS System and other products

Wow! The White Tiger is something else and pushes the boundaries. It runs like a dream. All my work applications work efficiently and games...well, everything is maxed out and it runs to perfection!
I just can't believe how quiet it is...so powerful, but hardly a whisper. Occasionally you can hear a little rush (very quiet) of water, so it's like I have a nice fish tank... I like this additional feature!
In all seriousness though, I wish I had always been using your company, because the quality is outstanding. My nephew works in your industry and he has been blown away by the quality.

3. Delivery

Very nice of you to send a chap round to personally deliver the White Tiger. Very nice touch and much appreciated. However, the guy who delivered it, sat down and started fiddling with the water tubes and then said "right let's get the soundcard installed (which of course was already installed by you!)....at which point I politely asked him to leave the premises before he destroyed my new toy!

4. Post Sales

If your post sales is anything like the experience I have had so far, we are going to have a very long and happy relationship. I shall recommend you guys without question.

Nice of you to give some feedback casserole/Jamie on the system. The only problem is, it's making me more urgent to get hold of mine . It's actually being built now, ETA for the finished build is 15 of this month so i cant wait.. And yes your right about Paul Moss, the man gos the extra mile, with special mention too Lee Pennington and Philip Payseno with help with pictures and specs.Good team you have there Scan..

Hi, I have some questions about the white tiger :-

On the 3xs site you have the option of a White Tiger with upto 3 GTX 480, is the 1200w corsair power supply enough to power three GTX 480 cards as well as all the other hardware?

How much more (if any) performance will either a 2 x 480 SLI or a 3 x 480 TRI-SLI have over a 5970 crossfire setup?

I've read a review of of the 3 way 480 and they say "Get this, our Core i7 965X processor is overclocked at default at 3750 MHz, and man .. it's just not enough to satisfy three GTX 480 cards most of the time.", will a 980x @ 4.4ghz be enough to get the most out of three cards or will you still be limited by a CPU bottleneck?

What's the difference between the "White Tiger Contrast Finish" and the "3XS Great White Chromium Finish" and which one is pictured in this thread at the beginning?

From ordering & payment what's the ETA on one of these?
