3XS Support for scan-built systems not part of 3xs range?

A good friend of mine has finally became sick of her ancient computer and wants a new gaming rig. She is very keen on the level of support and openness offered by the 3XS program, and has found a reasonable system from the customised stock 3XS range. However, not all the options she desired were offered.

I know that scan offer to build, test, warranty and even overclock systems built from components selected from their parts shop range. Can the level of support for these systems be selected to be comparable to 3XS levels? Can 3XS systems be customised using parts not offered on the 3XS webpage but otherwise sold by scan?

Hi there...

The 3XS systems are fully configurable, but within reason. As we put our warranty against the system that we build there are some components that would prefer not to use due to previous issues our build team have experienced. The options listed online have been pre-tested and found to be the most reliable.

However we are flexible, so if you could PM the products you would like but cannot choose online I confirm a quotation for you
