In my experience ABIT never ever responded to Black Box queries.

Its a gimmick thats never taken any notice of.

Thats not true, most of our technical emails come from black box users. The do take some time to go through as they are sent to head office.

I can't agree with that. I used Black Box for the first time last week. Got a response within something like 16 hours.
