Is there a new revision of the i90HD coming?

I'm all over this board but am wondering if a new revision is on the way? The problems people have had make me a little nervous about purchasing right now.

This is a very confusing problem, a lot of forums are saying there are many issues with this board. But we have had a very small number return for RMA.
Only about 3 or 4 since the board was released.

I doubt there will any new revisions of this motherboard.

Just wondering if all UK RMA's go through your office? 3 or 4 seems like a magically low number of returns. It's difficult to believe to be honest.

    Typical return rates:-
Depending on the industry, return rates range from around 3 percent to as high as 50 percent of total shipments. The average retail store has about a 6 percent return rate. In the consumer electronics industry, the rate is about 8.5 percent
So, which of these is most likely true?

    1. The i90HD is the most reliable product ever produced (despite what some pesky customers are saying).
    2. You only see a tiny tiny fraction of all returns in the UK
    3. Total sales have been the lowest ever recorded so 3 or 4 returns is actually about right
    4. You were telling porkies?

If the boards were purchased in the UK then they would be returned to my office. Obviously the number of returns has increased slightly since I wrote that. But the returns are still under 10 boards.

I take all coments very seriously and have been testing this board a lot over the last week.

FWIW, mine has arrived and (touch wood) it's running ok at the moment. I'm bedding it in gently though. The first thing I did was connect up and flash the latest BIOS from a USB floppy. The only hiccup I've noticed was that I didn't get any output to screen at first even though I had both VGA and HDMI/DVI plugged in. Unplugging HDMI and putting it back in again got it working. I wonder if video out issues are causing some people to think their boards are dead.

if you are having problems please rma the board back to abit, so they can test the board out. i.E let abit run a stress test and see if it passes all requirements.

Mine didn't beep either so it could be worth a try before RMA'ing.
