1, Go to Soft Menu in the bios settings.
1a, select user define
2, select Cpu External Clock(MHz).
3, Highlight(select), then in the right hand side you should be able to enter the speed you want.

Are you saying my CPU clock speed is the same as my FSB speed?

AMD's K8s don't really have an fsb in the traditional sense - the external clock is essentially the same for the CPU though.
