    26 is intialising graphics card.

Remove the graphics card & if it still shows 26 then there something wrong with the motherboard.

If it passes 26 and stops at 7F or FF then it would suggest theres something wrong with the graphics card.

I have taken the graphics card in and out multiple times and but it won't go past 26, even tried it on the other pci slot and the same thing. Is it a fault in the board then?

    Thanks

rob4001, don't suppose you've been overclocking with it - I've had this problem before when running memory either too fast or too tight.

A BIG YUP!! on that one, I had the same problem: sorted by a good old cmos reset. If in doubt in future mate. CMOS reset will cure most problems.
