    U Guru question

    Hi chaps, quick question.

    How do you clear OC Guru profiles (uGuru utility in windows)? Applied an Overclock profile that freezes widoze so I had to hit the reset, as you do. Trouble is, now whenever I start u-guru of course it loads this profie & freezes, which is a right pain. Is there a way of stopping this?

    i would start windows in safe mode then uninstall uguru-restart windows then reinstall uguru,not sure how to do it any other way

    I have uninstalled successfully now, just re-installing, see if it works. Tidied up the registry just in case too

    Well it did the job after a fashion. Now I deleted everything -Guru related before re-installing, and it started with the default profile. However, the user defined profiles I set up, including the one that caused me so much grief are back! So I don't know where theyre stashed. I thought I was pretty thorough. temp files, reg entries, user files, install folder et-al went. Still, problem solved
