    Abit Fatal1ty F-190HD+Vista Info needed

I have just put together a simple pc setup using the following:

    Abit Fatal1ty F-190HD
    NorthQ 400w SupSil.PSU
    E4400 + Stoch HS&F
    1 x 1 Gb Crucial PC2-5300 CT12864AA667
    250Gb DiamondMax 21, SATA300
    Sony/NEC AD-7170A SATA

Started up just fine, and installed Vista Ultimate, with no problems.

At the moment just using onboard gfx.

Now, having read most if not all the posts regarding this board, I'm left thinking what should I do next.
Never having used abit boards before, I looked to see what BIOS it was shipped with. I am assuming that I have ver 11. This was taken from the bottom of the bootup screen 6A667A1AC-11

Firstly, do I actually need to install the latest files (vista) from the Abit site?
Would it be wise, flashing to the latest BIOS?

    TIA

If you don't need any enhancements or corrections provided with an update then flashing BIOS is not recommended, it isn't like graphics card windows driver updates which regularly include performance enhancements and fixes, with BIOS if it ain't broke don't fix it!

The only problems I can see in the not too distant future is when it comes to adding another stick of memory and probably a PCI-E gfx card. A few people seemed to be having trouble running 2 sticks wern't they? Oh well suck it and see I suppose.
