    Hi,

I am sorry to hear about your problem.

As I have only been working for Abit for 2 months now, you can't blame me for not looking back at threads that were mroe than 4 months old at the time!!

Anyway, I will ask AbitNL (technical support) to post, as he just joined the same time as me and perhaps is not aware of this issue.

Hopefully we will get it fixed for you

    regards

You can believe I'll keep them pushing.

And normally you should have 2 years warranty and not just 1 year.

Re: FP-IN9 Fatality problem with vcore

I bought my first Abit (this one, FP-IN9 SLI) exactly 1 year ago.

I always lived with this bug, just pushing reset soon after turn on my system to force the BIOS to correct the vcore.

But, since last week, the motherboard simply don't start anymore, and I can't push reset.
I have to clear CMOS, enter all my overclock parameters again, and then, use my PC...

That is so annoying! and so ****ing revolting!

I always have ASUS and DFI motherboards without problems...

That was my first Abit, and the last one!

1 year hoping for a BIOS that is capable to fix that bug... I can't wait anymore.

    Abit no more!!

Return my 2 boards and wait 5-6 weeks for (maybe) new ones?
I have no money to spend to return them.
    And there's no french support...

I have Vcore bug on FP-IN9, Vddr bug on FI-90HD, and both have USB bug (internal and external usb just don't work if something is connected (USB keys, TNT, muticard reader))

I'm not waiting for a fix, i'm going to change them when i will have time (and courage: 2 raid arrays to rebuild :/)

Other solution: you send me replacement boards, i test them and send you mine back ^^ (I know I'm dreaming )

Thumbs down Re: FP-IN9 Fatality problem with vcore

I was reading some news and i found this:

    http://www.tweaktown.com/news/9878/u...aff/index.html

Now after read this news for sure i wont buy a ABIT board again. How on earth you guys let this vCORE bug unresolved! And the best part is that look´s like you guys fired the staff who made this board... Now for sure this bug wont be fixed....

Please dont reply this post, it will be hopeless, just like being wainting for a bug fix from you guys...

I dont really care anymore about this, my angry has gone... Now i can think clearly...

ABIT board´s are the BUGGIEST board´s ever! But the problem isnt the BUG´s, but the lack of consideration from you guys to my money and inteligence...

Administrator you can close this thread, it is useless since ABIT won´t fix this damm bug...

Thank you ABIT! Helped a LOT!

I just believe that an auto-reboot like on the AN7 could have resolved the V-core bug 1 year ago
