    Re: IB9 boot problem

Similar issue with a system I have just built for a friend.
Power on fans spin up then it powers off. Immediately reboots to desktop.
This also occurs on any bios changes made.
    Bios updated to 1.2

Wasnt this an issue with the IP35 E?

    Re: IB9 boot problem

the double boot is normal for the IB9 (unless BIOS13 had it as an undocumented fix or Sean has a beta).

Yep Buff is right its perfectly normal. The IP35 should be fixed now but apparently there is nothing we can do about the double boot on the IB9.

It shouldn't cause any hardware issues. Lots of people have been running since it was released. Very low failure rate.

    Re: IB9 boot problem

I've got this on an IB9 too, bit of a PITA tbh, especially when your plugged into a monitor with dual input as it'll switch back to the other PC when it reboots, damned annoying..
COuld you wangle a BIOS so that it doesnt kill the gfx, at least that way it wouldnt switch monitors into standby or switch to the other PC if you have a dual input monitor?
