IP35-E No Display

Everthing sounds like its booting up but theres no display. I'm using a 7600GT VGA.

Any help much appreciated.

Any idea what fixed this?

Building a PC for a mate with a Corsair PSU and Abit P35-E (didn't know about any issues then) and although i managed to get into the BIOS on the first boot i now can't.

Everything powers up but no VGA out anymore.
