Fatal1ty FP-IN9 SLI Beeping while in windows??

I was just using windows minding my own business and my setup starting beeping like a police siren I have no idea why it did it, it stopped after a minute and I ignored it but this is the second time it's happened and I'm getting a little worried now does anybody know why it's beeping? it's not beeping while POST'ing just using windows. I have never heard anything like it before which has got me a little worried..

Could be your cpu warming up, causing the beeping, and as the mobo ups the fan rpm, cooling the processor it stops. Are you using a stock cooler & temp monitoring?

Stock cooler and never had a problem for nearly a year and played games and everything and I had this problem while surfing the internet. I wasn't even pushing the system..

it's most likely a temp, fan rpm or voltage outside the set warning parameters.
if you open abitEq whilst it's doing it the offending item should be in red.

it'll also be on the system CD that came with the mobo (the latest version when it shipped but not necessarily the latest version now though).
