Hello
After shutdown my computer starts again after few seconds.What is the problem?

processor 6750
psu AX-550F
memory 2g

could well be a failing PSU.

More than likely it is a failing PSU, what brand are you using?? Last time I ran in to this problem on the wifes computer, it was indeed the PSU.

My PSU is Seasonic/ARCTIC, active PFC 450 Watt max. / 350 Watt continuous Power

Seasonics fail too.
You don't say what gfx card you are using but 350W isn't an awful lot these days.

Maybe I need to update BIOS.My version is 14 and new is 18.But I don't have a flopy

I would be very carefull about flashing the bios if i were you on an unstable psu, if the power goes off, you have had it.

Especiallt with abit dissapearing (see next post)
