Abit IP35 BIOS failure

Hi, still not changed my cpu over to the E7400 yet. But looked on the post screen to see which version of the bios had been placed on the chip. I get the following;
9/25/2008 P35-W627DHG-6A790A1AC-00.
At the top of the post screen it states 'rom for evaluation only' not for re-sale, or words like that. Should I flash this to the latest bios version on the Abit web site or just leave it as it is. The last update for the IP35 chip was May 2008 and not Sept.

Hi, I've now done my bios update using the beta bios from this thread;

Everything appears to be working correctly using my IP35 mobo and E7400 cpu.
