IP35 PRO XE Won't Boot with 2 Sticks of RAM

Tried the other two RAM slots? Does it boot with one stick regardless of which stick you use? Could have been very unlucky and been sent another duff one back.....

Just to update...

We have swapped out both sticks of RAM and the computer boots fine when either stick is in, just not when both are in at the same time.

Also tried different slot configs, 1/3, 2/4
