IP35 Pro hosed after audio card install.

Tried to upgrade computer with a Creative audio card and some extra fans.
    Suddenly it wouldn't boot.
Took out extra fans and audio card... nothing.
Tried a bare bones boot (1 stick of ram, unplugged unnecessary hardware)... nothing.
    Tried a cmos reset... nothing.
Swapped all components (ram, graphics card, etc) other than cpu/psu/mb... nothing.

It stops at the FF boot code when normally booting with no video.
Pressing delete while booting results with a boot code of 75 with no video.

So either the psu or mb or cpu is the problem. Any ideas?

Q6600, 4gig ram, SATA HDD, Geforce GTX

Never had any problems before the attempted upgrade.

if it goes right through & gets to the FF but with no video have you tried another gfx card?

Could you possibly have had a static discharge & killed something?
