    IX48 GT3 Incorrect Temperature Reading

I just got an IX48 GT3 Tigerforce and have an q9500
and the cpu temp's are being read at 103c
I know that is not right
is there a fix for this?

I have the newest bios from the abit website
I had this same problem with my old ix38 ix38 quadgt, I fixed it by updating to a beta bios release

this is being read in all software and in the bios at 103
    any help ?

Its an ongoing issue for abit owners, theres new bios updates for any new CPUs.

The only thing I can suggest is that you turn off any alarms and temp shut downs in the bios and ignore the readings.

Failing that you can buy a CPU that is supported or new motherboard to go with the Q9500.
