    µGuru Clock compatibility

Hi, is there a master list of what version of the clock/panel is compatible with what current motherboard?

I ask as I'm thinking of upgrading my AN8 (with silver GC02 clock) to a current intel board and want to check which clocks are supported. I'd like to keep my current one but think this is unlikely, I've seen the newer (GC-03) but it is much more difficult to read (smaller cluttered characters - you can't just glance for a temp/voltage). Also the panel is a less favoured option as the PC sits under my desk.

I've searched the ABIT website but most information on this is quite old and not definitive. I find the clock really useful so I hope it is still being developed for newer boards.

    Thanks

imo the hardware side will work as it's a straight feed but if you go for a currnet uGUru board (AB9, AW9D etc.) which use the 3rd generation uGuru chip the software for email alerts etc. may not work.

It is the hardware feed I'm interested in. As long as I can power on/off and see all temps/voltages/speeds I'm happy. Though would the guruclock utility run (and which version) to configure what is shown/cycled? I guess it will be a bit of trial and error on any later board when I get it (probably either an AB9 or IN9). Buying the later version would be the best bet for compatibility with later boards but as I said the display is inferior in my view.

The email alerts & other software utilities etc. I don't use.

The main problem is the guru clock 03 is it has built in audio which uses a AC97 connector and most of the newer boards require HD audio.

If you just want to monitor temps, Fan speeds, voltages etc then all versions will work.

Thanks, good news, I much prefer the clarity of the GC-02 display.
