Fatal1ty AN9 32X Motherboard

So I just bought this motherboard along with new hardware to build a computer. I put everything together and boot it up. When I start it up I am getting the 2 tone siren. Also the post status on the motherboard reads C 1. My computer starts up, and it shows my graphics card listed on the boot screen, but it reads 786 MB RAM. I have 4 gigs of 6400 DDR 2, 4x1gb sticks. It then goes to the post screen with the option to access the bios. Then it tells me "System disk error"

I have tried using each stick of memory individually, along with some old memory I had. Nothing has worked yet.
