Ipod - 2sec gap on albums

Hi,

Currently have a 3rd gen Ipod. V.happy with it - except when playing an album that doesn't really have gaps between tracks - i.e. Pink Floyd or something of that ilk. It still pauses between the tracks.

Does anyone know for sure if this is different on the 4th gen models ?

mine does the same, Chris' gen 4 does the same its just due to the time it takes to read the data off the next track thats all if you want it without gaps you will have to rip the whole album as one track :/

this is a known problem apple have no desire to fix

if gapless playback matters to you, sell the ipod and buy a rio karma
