    yes indeed I did.

Personally, tha one is too expensive, I only got 9k for mine when i traded it in, and that was on the Cosmic Grey Pearl, 18k on the clock, 05 plate.

Wasn't that bothered, as I had only paid 12 for it, so it wasn't that bad.

    Things to note:

Fuel economy is NOT that good, so don't go by all the photos proclaiming 40mpg+. I could get it to show 48 if I wanted, just reset it drive down the motorway and dump the clutch as I pulled into a services, the MPG would look VERY favorable.

To give you an idea, I was getting 34mpg driving it carefully with quite alot of city miles. Now I get 27, but its a bigger smile this time round with the zeee.

Things to look out for, try and get something with a form of warranty, mine had heaps of fault originally.

Servicing at Honda is not the cheapest.

And a MUST - get the Penta 17" alloys on the Sport, well worth it, makes a world of difference to the car, ill try and dig out a pic of mine in a sec for you.

    Matt.

    Your suggestion:

    My old one:

That was mine, now I look at it I still like it lol. Ain't really thought nothing about it since I got the Zeee.

Ok couple more things I remembered.

Call first direct for the insurance, I was paying like £320 a year with them when others were £400+ (some wanted £900, all I can say is LOL)

Check under the front spoiler of any car you look at, get down on your hands and knees, you need to check for kerbing.

Make sure the doors are clean, DON't buy one in the rain. The doors don't have protective strips so can be dingged quite easily in supermarket carparks.

Check for uneven tire wear, the rears suffer from a fair amount of camber leading to new tires quite often. A new tire on the 17"'s will set you back circa £110.

The sport should have Air con. Make sure it does.

    One LAST thing.

And the whole time I had the Civic it bugged the CRAP out me.

The windows DO NOT wipe clean when you put the glass up and down, it might sound a little inconvienient, but its really bloody annoying. Its functioning as designed, there is nothing they will do to resolve it.

    Matt.

    leather seats?

They weren't standard nor an option on the gen I had....might want to check thats standard or at least manufacturer optional spec and not added after, otherwise you have to declare to insurance.

    Matt.

I take it you have driven it?

I found the clutch was a bit too high for my liking after i had it a while, you can't sit that low either, the rails on the seats are pretty high
