    If everything counts the worst debris I ever missed was a Ford Fiesta that came spinning infront of us on the M-Way. I missed it, but the lorry next to me swerved to avoid it and clipped the rear corner of my A4 Saloon, sending me 540 degrees to finish up in the fast lane facing the wrong way. I don't think I've ever spun a car back the right way as fast in my life.
