That list is fake, it was created by somebody as a dream cars/most likely to include list over a year ago. The site it was created on was gtplanet.net about a million posts in forums about it. Its a shame as alot of those cars would be kick ass.

There is talk of national leauges and competitions, or at least that whats been said in interviews.
