    Car Shampoo/Wax required

I've been out of the dealer network for so long now, I'm running out of the magic supply that I have accrued over the years.

Need a good car shampoo with built in shine.

My last two have been unknown brands, from trade valeting companies, and both were awesome, but they're at the end of their lives.

What shall I look for in civvy street/interweb?

I have Dodo juice sour power shampoo as it seemed highly recommended in detailingworld (fanboy heaven?).

Only used it once so far but it was much nicer to use than the Autoglym stuff I've used before.

Can't comment on the added wax as the car was already well polished (and black ).

If I see one more recommendation for that overhyped rubbish, I swear, I'm going to slit my wrists suicide stylee.

For a decent wash shampoo, try the zaino range, they're totally understated and although quite expensive, they last a while when correctly diluted.

Zaino Z-7 is a high sud shampoo, it'll offer little in the way of protectant though, you should consider a decent sealant and wax combo.

slightly cheaper, but my current shampoo is CG Citrus wash and gloss, suds nicely, cleans effectively and is a couple of quid cheaper than the Z7

Dodo Juice and Autoglym would be the things to buy!

Autoglym Bodywork Shampoo, followed by Autoglym Super Resin Polish and then sealed with Collinite 915 if I'm feeling energetic.

Regular washes are just with the Autoglym shampoo

Makes my car look like this:

    = one happy owner
