    Talking New car - literally!

So it is a sad day today as I wave goodbye to Felicia, the 2.5v6 Ghia-X Mondeo. She's been really good to me but the maintenance/repair costs were mounting up fast, not to mention she does love to drink the fuel. Smooth though. Very very smooth drive. Solid too.

Today I gave her away and collected the next car to join the family, an Aygo Blue. She has no name as of yet, toying with the idea of "Allison" though I may name her Ciel after the character from Tsukihime or even Konata from Lucky Star...

Anyhow, here is the latest addition to my car world.

The as of yet named Aygo Blue.

That is certainly a different type of car you've got there? How is it to drive?

Car is exempt from the recall. At least that is what I read of the Toyota memo/letter the guy showed me. Listed the different makes/models, age affected, flow charts for dealing with press queries so on and so forth. Comprehensive corporate stuff.

    Hehe...might join the club.

Me too lol. Mine has a name, but I didn't give it.

Nice little car, big difference from the Mondeo though.

LoL? Myself and friends have always named our cars; they become personal to you.

Went on a drive yesterday afternoon and a name clicked into place, 'Kurumi'. Really surprised at how agile and grippy she is.

Felicia (the Mondeo) was a good girl to me. She ate up the miles, purred nicely...I'd have kept her if I could afford to!

Congrats, sleepy, looks a lovely car! I'm in the process of ordering a new Mazda 3 at the moment, which I'm looking forward to getting (my old Astra cooked itself!).

Your wallet will thank you, parking will be easier, but pulling out on roundabouts will become fun/risky once again.
