I am attempting a Disco Stu monstrosity. Made up of two builders overalls, blue shirt, pink spray paint (ignoring the label about not suitable for cloth ), wig & enough gold to make goldie looking chain look silver!

Crawley aint gunna know what hit it this evening!

I will be doing nothing as I have a deep hatred of halloween. It just strikes me as so pointless. I guess that's because I'm still 16 and the only things to do are go to the school disco...
Maybe when I can go to events like the one you're going to I'll enjoy it more

Wait till University, its an excuse to dress up to the point of being unrecognisable...then having a night of no consequences!

I`m doing the same as I did last and the year before that - nowt. What I will be doing is turning off the lights and pretending im not in so the trick or treaters dont come knocking, getting to be like the US in this country these days.

Used to do silly things when i were younger, remember a group of us going into the local graveyard and trying out a ouija board at midnight, sod all.

We were all set to go and take my little one out to a few events last night.

However, my missus had a phone call around 12pm regarding her 17 year old daughter being rushed to hospital as she was playing football (for a laaaaaaydeeeez team!) and had only gone and broken her Fibula.

She was transferred from 1 hospital near where the injury happened to Bolton as they are a bigger hospital and can deal with these things and now she's in traction awaiting an operation some time today so they can re-align things and fix her bone with a few pins and screws.

So... It was not a usual halloween for me at all

I can't be doing with Halloween at all. I used to hate it when I was a kid, and I hate it just as much now. We tend to ignore trick or treaters when they come to the door.

God I hate Halloween. I live on a street where for the period between 6pm and 9pm we had a knock on the door every five to ten minutes. Some of the kids were quite sweet; they had dressed up well, were polite and only took one sweet each, but the most had made a token effort at best and tried to grab as many sweets as they could get their greedy hands on. Grrrr.
