That has to be the coolest thing I've seen this week I shudder to think how many hours it took him to build that !!!
Awesome ! , Shame it's not available to buy
Wonder how fast it goes when let to run on a wide open space ?
If Lego bought the design off of him and sold that, i would seriously struggle to hold myself back from buying it. (to build with my nephew of course /whistle)
Really impressed. It would take me a hell of along time to figure out how the thing worked in the first place before even figuring out how to make it out of lego!!!
That is really impressive! I would probably buy one as well if made available (at a not too ridiculous price).
i used to play with lego as a kid. ive been putting of the desire to get some build things
what other people can achieve gives you that little nudge
i suspect i won't like the price of the kits to get started though
I remember saving up for ages when I was about 10 to buy the Ferrari 360 one, and then realising it was nowhere near as fun as it looked .
This looks ace though!
Correct me if I am wrong but you are 18 now aren't you? In which case that would have been Lego from the early 2000's. It went really downhill at that point. A lot of pre-moulded parts etc.
They have gone back to more little parts now, more to build etc. Much more fun!
That reminds me of the 8880 kit I had. I spent ages building it then didn't take it apart for a couple of years. It had 4 wheel drive, and I think 4 wheel steering, a working gear box, a moving engine. I tried to build it again a while back but the first few pages of the manual were missing and I couldn't find some parts, then lost patience.

The moving parts on that Veyron are especially impressive.
