I was gonna say - most fast cars have nasty racing clutches - if you want to be able to change gear fast then you gotta put up with the unfriendly clutch

My m8's seriously sorted skooby has the nastiest clutch i have ever had the misfortune to use - its binary, on or off theres no middle ground, and you need to be arnie to push it down. Still - the car is one of the fastest things on the road, so i instantly forgive the clutch and so does anyone who drives it (or hears it even)

My clutch was evil when it was first installed - on or off, no inbetween. Luckily with a bit of abuse and 10,000 miles it's a lot better now. However every time I get in a "normal" car the first thing I do it put the clutch pedal practically through the bulkhead since I'm used to having to push like a *ahem* insert 4 letter word.

My mates Clio valver is the same, uprated clutches from Volvos in small cars mean you have a left leg like Arnie.

Oh and yes - TVRs are pretty bad, but I've got to say - having driven a Griff 500 the clutch on my mates Clio valver was stiffer!!!!
