OK, the colour is a bit OTT, but they're a classic well known shoe now, so even with the colour I'd get away with it. Cos I could.

Think it's going to be Renault Speedcats or the Kartcats. I'll see how they all look in the flesh so to speak.

sparco racing shoes are quite cheap apparently. according to one of the stevenage roaring meg crowd.

I've got some reebok fencing trainers - thin soles and only cost me 12 quid
