Pity I didn't start picking before winter testing (if it was possible); could have picked up a bargain or two. I think for the first race I might "invest" in cheap drivers to increase my budget. And with the randomness to the start of this year, I think you'll need the flexibility to change regularly.

The prices haven't changed since he opened it this year as far as I can tell.

I think I made my picks during first test and the prices haven't changed, which was before Williams really showed their hands - they weren't an outside choice even then as they've got the merc engines and two good drivers.

Cool. First two practises down and they're looking much closer than I expected. As always the sandbagging question comes in - everyone is expecting Merc to be fast, but Ferrari look quite good too - amid lots of murmuring of fuel concerns, though that's exactly the sort of thing I'd expect Ferrari to murmur about, along with accusations of other teams breaking the rules on fuel flows etc. if they were trying to hide something themselves.

And Red Bull don't look that bad either.

Don't forget to make your picks for the bonus points as well.

Well that was interesting... reliability was an issue, but not for who I was expecting! Storming drives from several rookies and newer drivers.

And now we have FIA-sensor-gate to keep the lawyers happy

Can't believe Vettel was out,
And Rosberg in first, I think that Riccardo and Kevin did a good job today securing 2nd and 3rd place,

Yeah shame for Ricciardo that he was disqualified from his home race after a good drive. The red bull looks planted around the corners, while the Ferrari was drifting all over the place!

Real shame for Ricciardo at his home race, reading about the issue it's certainly a mess. See what the appeal turns up.

Wish i had seen this before the first race!

Im backing the Williams purely because i love that Martini livery. I think Bottas is going to have some fantastic races this year and Massa's attitude is very different to previous years in Alonso's shadow.



Magnussen aswell, Mclaren aren't stupid, not by a long shot. They wouldnt put a rookie in the team unless he was incredibly talented and i think he proved that today. Blistering driver.


That Redbull though... when they sort out its problems its going to be really, really quick.

The other advantage was I got a free bottle of Martini; I would have prefered some rum but it certainly beats a free bottle of Head and Shoulders a couple of years ago!

Bottas had a cracking drive, although hitting the wall didn't make it easy for himself.
