That's not very clever is it? methinks a new engine might be less expensive than a new car. What you want is a nice dirty great big Diesel. That'll get yer money's worth

Oh mate......thats a rubbishrubbishrubbishrubbishty thing. Those engines get rarer and rarer...dont bin it, someone will want it for the block, crank etc. The engine management and stuff too......
Its the Ultimate Motorsport engine.....its the 90's version of a BDA.
Im gutted.....not just for you m8, but for the world of GSi's , cos there aint many anyway, and every year, one or two bite the dust
Sad day.

You know your gonna end up getting it tuned aswell m8
You'll have to give me a proper drive round next time I'm up for a lan
Just gettin it on the road is the priority atm m8, If I end up buying another Cav then this one will get stripped down to bare shell and rebuilt bit by bit when money allows...
Found 2 cars with engines in them, a White Cav GSi in Hull for £695 or an early Calibra with 17" FSE and a few other bits also for £695, both of them are runners and have rent/mot on them, could run them and repair mine, or break it to fix mine...
Run and repair is the quickest option. didnt u need the use of ur Kar asap
Aye thats the idea, white cally or white cav, callys 35 miles away cavs 100.... :S
calibra... hmm nice. what sort of condition is it in?
