The new wheels - Just got to have them refinished, cos I'm a fussy bugger.

Argh don't keep me hanging
Sorry to dissapoint Rave old chap, but Unki Si is a stickler for Health and safety; That means if you haven't got overalls and proper eye protection, you don't go near the garage whilst welding. I got left with more important duties - such as keeping the coffee pot filled, making food..... Oh and replacing the awful stereo for something marginally more better.
Old
New
Was also a big tart, overhauled the front brakes with new Stainless hoses, and took the opportunity to paint the calipers..
These are your two best friends when dealing with rust:
Fertan is the ultimate rust killer; Converts any rust into a stable black metal - This is going to get injected into the cavities once were done.
POR 15 is quite simply, the best paint I've used; To give you some idea, the lid warns about getting it on your skin, as the only thing that will remove it is time! Actually dries quicker in damp conditions (which is a boom for us in the UK). Was recommended it by a friend who did scuba diving and painted his air tank in the stuff; That's an air tank thats spends a lot of time in salty water remember getting banged of rocks? Damn thing still looks like new. This is going to painted over the repairs and possibly in the wheel arches after a good pressure washing.
Where can one obtain such mystical concoctions? I have a rear crossmember, and external roll cage and some rocksliders crying out for it
