Yup, the clutch got spanked a good en, and as it died it took the flywheel and a few other bits and bobs out!

TBH, if I was rich enough to buy a £130k car and spank it until it broke......I'd buy a £40k tuned Skyline, spank it three times as hard, and keep the change.

Edit: my final criticism- those exhaust manifolds look horrendous for gas flow- do they have a substructure under the outside skin? Or have VW totally ignored scavenging effects on the engine of a properly expensive motah?

If you look carefully you can see they are just heatshields. The real stuff is underneath them.

If i was going to do gumball with unlimited money i'd go for something like a bentley continental GT or BMW M5....why you'd get something like a murchielago which is slower in a straight line and less comfortable is beyond me!
