    Unhappy In trouble with the wife!

    I have just broken the bloody wing mirror on the wife's Nissian premier trying to get through a gap,does any body no a good mail order place to get spares or some where on line i can find a price its a 1999 profile manual mirrors colour coded(Red).
    Quick or iam dead.

    It most likely that they don't have the correct one for you, but I did notice that my local (big) Halfords had quite a large selection of mirror glasses.

    I also reckon I'm a spatial awareness hotshot (traffic control chicanes at 30mph every time) but my foible is to keep hitting my nearside rear wheel on kerbs as I take left hand corners. So, I sympathise.

    However- that sort of part should be common as muck in breakers yards I would have thought, just pretend you're going shopping tomorrow in her car and visit a few. Park the car somewhere dark and far away in the meantime.

    I have told now she took the mickey looks like im out hunting for a wing mirror tomorrow bugger .
    Thanks everybody for making me feel better i tried to blame her because she hit a wing mirror the other week told her she must have loosened it,she then informs me she hit the passenger one not the one i broke. It was worth a try.

    Last time I was in a car with a young girl who passed her test and tried a parallel park, I got my knob stuck.......

    Just remember if she's new at driving, get her mirrrors right. Everyone knows getting your mirrors correct can save you lots of accidents. Afterall, lippy smudged all over a girls a face due to bad mirror placement is unattractive.
