I'd say almost all of it is computer generated or at least modified

It all seems possible, I have seen a lot of that sort of stuff done by stunt drivers in the past, just not all done at once like that.
The only thing I am skeptical about is the bit where they jump onto the boat and drive off the other side.
With the age of the cars shown, I doubt computer effects would have been good enough (if they were then they certainly wouldn't have been affordable) to significantly alter what was being done.
